Governor Kevin Stitt visited the PC Aviation Program at Wiley Post Airport today. He toured the facility, talked with our teachers and students, and then showed off his skills on the drone and flight simulator! 🛫 The students even got to see him take off from the airport on his way to his next stop.

Did you know? Being just 10 minutes late every day adds up to nearly a week of lost learning by the end of the year! 📚✨ 𝔼𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕦𝕥𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕥𝕤!
📌 Attendance and punctuality are key to success in school—and in life. When students are present and on time, they’re better prepared to learn, grow, and achieve their goals. 🏆

#PCStaffSpotlight: 💙A Dedication And Passion That Inspire Us All!🧡
And the honor goes to... Mrs. Stevens!🏆️ She was awarded as the Oklahoma Association for Bilingual Education’s Support Staff Employee of the Year, a recognition she truly deserves. With 23 years of dedicated service in PC Schools, Mrs. Stevens has made significant contributions throughout our district. She began her career as a childcare teacher for Even Start at Central Elementary, where she worked for four years. During this time, she also took on responsibilities with the adult ESL class at PC Center and translated for parent-teacher conferences at Central for about 15 years. Since 2021, she has been a valued staff member at PC West High School. Mrs. Stevens has witnessed our District's growth, and we are thrilled to celebrate this moment and see her hard work pay off!
🎉Congratulations Mrs. Stevens🎉

Talk about a unique experience! PCW and PCH JROTC Cadets joined forces with our very own Putnam City Campus Police at the gun range, learning critical gun safety and trying out some pretty cool machinery guided by the professionals. Campus Police then topped off the experience by grilling up some lunch for the cadets.

🎓 Bridging the Past and the Future, One Step at a Time 🎓
Seniors from across the District took a stroll down memory lane at their former elementary schools today for their "Senior Walk" as current elementary students and their former teachers cheered them on. There was no shortage of hugs, laughs, high fives, and even embarrassing photos shared by all. It seems like just yesterday these "little learners" were walking these halls, and now they are walking across the stage as the "big kids."
