We are excited to announce that it is time for pre-enrollment for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year! Please be on the lookout for a District email coming this week containing important information regarding pre-enrollment, along with a code required to complete pre-enrollment for your student. The email address you will receive this information from is noreplyregistration@powerschool.com. The required Snapcode within the email will be student-specific and will only be used for your student’s pre-enrollment. If you have more than one student enrolled, each student will have a separate Snapcode. Please follow the instructions provided within the email to complete your student’s pre-enrollment.
Here are some helpful questions and items to consider while completing pre-enrollment:
Do I have to complete pre-enrollment?
Yes, pre-enrollment will save your child’s spot at their school as it ensures their return for the following school year and it allows the site to build a schedule for your student.
Will I have to create an account? No, you should already have an account due to completing pre-enrollment in the past.
What’s a Snapcode?The Snapcode is like a key to your child’s personal information for the upcoming school year. You will receive a unique Snapcode or Snapcode Link for each child.
I have more than one student in the District, do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, pre-enrollment must take place for each student because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one student at a time and then begin the next – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
What if I will not be returning to Putnam City Schools?
If you are moving out of the Putnam City School District, please inform your child’s current school and have the receiving school send Putnam City a records request.

It is very important that you update and verify your personal contact information to ensure that you are receiving all District and site communications – including crisis communications. This includes phone numbers and emails. Please double-check that you have spelled everything correctly in your email and have the proper email ending (ex. gmail.com, att.net, etc).
